Hanis organized a special contest for all her blog readers

After months of waiting,

Hanis hosted a special CHANEL PARTY to celebrate the winners! It was held at the Platinum Movie Suite Lounge, Cathay Cineplex,e@curve.

Me, with the early comers at entrance..

It is a CHANEL themed party, so obviously we chose black and white, pearls, laces, tweed jacket, hat and anything related with Chanel inspired look.

Baru-baru ini, kita semua baru sahaja menyambut Maulidur Rasul pada 12 RabiulAwal 1434, bersamaan dengan 24 Januari 2013.

Sepertimana yang kita ketahui, 

sambutan ini disambut bagi mengingati Hari Kelahiran

Nabi Muhammad S.A.W. Untuk ketahui lebih lanjut asal usul sambutan Maulidur Rasul, boleh baca dari artikel di <SINI>

ALHAMDULILLAH,

this year we have been given a chance to gather with all family members at Tanah Merah, Kelantan. Me and hubby decided to arrange "majlis doa selamat dan solat hajat" at Umi's house.

*This is the house I grew up from 8 years old onwards..

Rezeki tahun ini, dapat sembelih kambing 2 ekor untuk dikongsi bersama-sama.

These were the lucky two that we picked together

Wah, seronok kan boleh pilih-pilih macam ni, hehe.

Untungnya, sebab bapa suadara Naa sendiri yang bela kambing-kambing dekat depan rumah kami.

Bangun pagi-pagi Hari Jumaat,

terus disembelih kambing-kambing terpilih tadi dan jadilah Gulai Kambing (*masak gulai kerutuk)

Antara tukang masak professional yang terlibat, 

semua emak2 dan bapa2 saudara.

Tak lupa juga, MR HUBBY, Ashraf Naserudin!

Lelaki pun boleh hebat memasak kan? 

Apa Naa Kamaruddin buat?

the spoilt me..as usual la kan, pandang dan lihat.

Naa dari kecil, anak tunggal umi tak ajar masuk dapur and buat kerja. Nasib baik after kahwin, pandai juga masuk dapur sikit-sikit ;P

but he called them 'kakak' sebab usia tak jauh beza kan.

Muka Danial sedih, sebab basikal diambil orang..

konon mengadu kat mommy la ni.

While waiting for the guests, after Friday Prayers..

the food was served for the ladies.

The menu for that day:

Gulai Kerutuk Kambing, Gulai Dalca Daging, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Sambal Ikan Bilis, Kerabu Mangga, Agar-Agar,  dan Creme Puff.

Fattening, yet so creamy, fluffy, and irresistible.

Selepas Imam tiba,

majlis dimulakan dengan Solat Hajat, dan bacaan Selawat ke atas junjungan Nabi Muhammad s.a.w kita. Semoga majlis yang kami adakan ini diberkati, dirahmati , dan digandakan pahala amalan kami, Amin...

Selamat Menjamu Selera dan Terima Kasih bagi semua jemputan yang hadir.

Langsung tak ada bau kambing, sebab kambing sangat muda, masih dara lagi! hehe..

Hubby ate almost half of the ribs!
Memang puas hati dan kenyang.

Another great start for 2013!

All GLAMpreneurs already attended our 1st GLOW session in January by groups. 

This is how we train, coach and develop our new entrepreneurs at Green Leaders Academy Malaysia (GLAM).

Besides weekly classes at our own academy,

all CDM's will handle separate GLOW sessions for each team on monthly basis.

Our 1st Session, dimulakan dengan Ice Breaking Session.

We're playing a game macam bola beracun, but using the "LOVE Balloon".

Besides getting to know each other more, it was a heart to heart session with my beloved partners too. We shared our backgrounds, how we started this business, why we chose it, and what are our hopes and dreams.

Chair person for that day was Yana Rosli, my direct protege and Top leader from North Malaysia.

Part of my beautiful partners who came from Pantai Timur, Utara, Selatan and even from Sarawak.

Perkongsian Kak Ja, from Kelantan.

She used to do this business with other team before, but when compared her progress with CikJuju, one of our top leader in Kelantan - she decided to rejoin with our team.

Alhamdulillah, she made the right choice and following CikJuju's guidance, she finally made it to the next level and progressing really well. Congratulations Kak Ja!

Bermula dari hanya berminat untuk pakai our top selling product, the Premium Beautiful Corset, tetapi mendapat permintaan daripada kawan-kawan untuk membeli produk daripada beliau.

From there, timbul minat Ayu untuk ketahui lebih lanjut tentang pelan pemasaran dan kebetulan Pakej Trip ke Guangzhou sedang berlangsung. Tanpa membuang masa, Ayu ambil peluang dan berjaya qualify Trip ke Guangzhou.

and this is Ayu's partner, Ieyla Enola.

They both are definitely going to Shanghai together for this coming trip.

And here's my partner, Aienn Latifi.
Memang orangnya macam ni dari dulu, sentiasa kecoh dengan gelak ketawa. Bermula business dahulu, she was pregnant and decided to resign her former job as an engineer. Walaupun belum merasai kehebatan produk sepanjang pregnancy, tetapi business boleh berjalan lancar dan produk habis terjual dalam masa 1 bulan.
Look at her now, already qualified 3 FOC Trips back to back and she's one of my top leader, calon CDM2013!

Ini namanya, sesi membuli mentor anda! Haha ;P

Me in action, dipaksa menari tetapi aksi macam bersilat pula.

So, end of our first session.
We continued with first topic "BLOGGING 101" by my hubby, Ashraf Naserudin.
Here, we teach you how to blog from setting up a blog to advanced functionalities.

We had a special guest, our dearest mentor and idol..
HANIS HAIZI.

I used to shop with my girl friends before.

But after getting married, everyone's too busy with our own families and career paths.

Now,

I am more than happy to have my best shopping buddies here, the most handsome gentlemen..

Hubby and Son!

Why I love to shop with them? 

- Much easier for me to buy anything for them. Boleh cuba sizes terus and tengok kesesuaian.

*look at my son over here, dah pandai pilih sendiri

- To avoid picking up something they don't need or don't like.

- They both help me to choose what's the best for me.

My hubby adalah pengkritik terhebat. So, anything that I want to buy mesti dapat his approval dulu. And I trust his sense of taste juga.  :)

* I picked this blue BURBERRY shirt for HIM, and he picked this yellow blouse for me

- They are my living 'stop watch' too! 

Bila Danial dah terlalu penat, hubby got cranky, then I know it is time for me to stop and go home.

SAVE more time and money.

- They both can be my best 'helpers' too.

My hubby boleh bawa heavy items and Danial's Stroller is very useful for us to carry all the shopping bags ;P

So, now you know why I love to shop with both of them.

Another way is to spend more time as one happy family.

After coming back from Shopping,

another thing that we love to do is taking pictures what we just bought..

WHY?

If you buy something you love, you can even sleep with the new items you bought. 

Siapa kat sini dulu2 masa kecil, bila dapat kasut baru, baju raya, asik cuba dan cuba depan cermin. Some of my younger cousins dulu siap boleh tidur dengan baju baru. 

CRAZY? No, this is what we call excitement! ;P

Alhamdulillah,

this leadership seminar was a huge success!

Congratulations to all participants,

and special thanks to Hai-O Marketing for giving this great opportunity for all of us from Green Leaders Group.

Almost 200 leaders attended this program.

Our company invited Mr Winston Wong as our trainer.

A well known speaker, a true network marketing practitioner who used to be at the TOP in corporate world as former presidents in few organizations.

Our program for that day:

All participants were there way earlier before the event started and we really made Hai-O General Manager and trainer impressed with our team.

We had breakfast with partners, before going into the ballroom..

At the front row, all CDMs pun bersemangat nak belajar.

We should always keep on learning and improving ourselves to be better and to give the very best for our partners.

Kebenaran itu pahit dan sukar ditelan. Tetapi itulah yang patut kami perbetulkan dimana kelemahan kami.

I has been a while, since I came back from such an amazing Trip with my friends and partners.

Today,

I would like to share some pictures from my first ever TV Shoot with Media Prima Team @ NTV7 crew.

This shoot was a collaboration of Hai-O Marketing with NTV7 for the Bella Show.

Proudly, 4 out of 7 candidates chosen by Hai-O came from Green Leaders Academy Malaysia (GLAM).

Alhamdulillah, I am one of them. 

The topic given to me was "BEAUTY TIPS".

As a first timer, I was so nervous.

I can't even sleep at night and as early as 6 a.m.,

my MUA, Sue Cantik arrived at my home to do my make up.

Tarraaaaa...~

Thank you so much for your magic touch Sue.

I had a great talk with you too and your sense of humor really calmed me down. 

As I arrived at HQ,

the crew was busy setting up the equipments.

So, I got the chance to rehearse once again.

Around 10 a.m.

Sepanjang shooting, to be honest..

banyak kali sangat "cut" and "cut".

It was so hard for me dan agak kaku juga.

Thankful sangat, I had such an amazing team to work with,

mereka sangat penyabar dan banyak bagi dorongan.

Most Challenging+Memorable Journey

London&Paris wave is not over yet! 

We shared our most wonderful pictures and videos, 

priceless experience and shopping marathon.

As a start, let me share on how we got stranded twice from London to Paris...

After having the best 3 nights in London,

as early as 4a.m. on 12th March, we woke up and had our breakfast at 5a.m. I still remember, we had the best nasi lemak (credit to Cikcida for the sambal ikan bilis)

At 6 a.m. sharp, we departed from Holiday Inn to St.Pancras Train Station.

Everyone was so excited to update their EuroStar tickets on Instagram! 

Soon as we arrived at St Pancras Station, 

all the check in luggage counters were closed!

We waited for few minutes, then they let us go inside.

 Sempat play around lagi time ni, because we have no ideas what was going to happen in few hours later.

the guys, getting ready to be on Eurostar.

Then, after few minutes our tour guide announced that our train has been delayed, so we need to gather again in an hour to confirm the departure time.

Awal2, semua sempat pusing tawaf keliling station dulu. Then after 1 hour, still have no idea what's going to happen.

Asik berkumpul from time to time, tapi masih menunggu penuh harapan. We heard the latest announcement, "All Eurostar services has been suspended temporarily"

The temperature inside the station was super cold!!

Semua dah tak tahan, and menumpang masuk dekat Starbucks, coffee houses yang mana ada heater.

This was taken from IG photo. semua kesejukan and makan maggi in cup, porridge, and hot chocolates to keep us warm.

Masa ni, boleh lagi gelak2, enjoying every moments.

But, after the last announcement telling us all trains for that day has been suspended..everyone was so upset, cold and we just want to get back to our hotel room.

Sejuknya angin kat sini memang mencucuk ke tulang dan menggigil gigil.

While waiting,

our travel guides were busy preparing another back up plan to get us all to Paris on the same day. Initial plan was to get us on plane, but the terminal in Paris was closed due to heavy snow. 

Around 2p.m, finally we made a move from the station by bus. B2 and B3 were going on a double decker bus. It was spacious and all we need at that time was HEAT!

Semua dah kepenatan yang amat, masuk jer bus terus lelap mata. 

Bila terjaga, our bus lalu jalan kampung. Masa tu, sangat teruja first time tengok pemandangan kampung, the countryside, all covered with snow. Sangat cantik! Sayangnya my photographer memang tidur tak ingat dunia.

Then, we arrived at the border..

Ingatkan boleh lepas lalu from UK to France easily,

but we have to wait and retried 3 times.

Terpaksa singgah R&R dekat situ, I can't remember the name, but as soon as the bus stopped semua serbu SNOW!!!

All of us except for my hubby, 

memang pertama kali merasa main snow.

So, bare with us. Memang jakun! ;P

Dah beku tangan, jari2 semua..

barulah semua masuk dalam R&R untuk solat,rehat, dan shopping parfums at duty free shop inside.

Cuma yang menyedihkan, tak ada HALAL food we can eat.

Around 9pm,

ALHAMDULILLAH..we managed to pass through the border.

We were now officially in FRANCE!

Semua bertepuk sorak and bersyukur sangat.

:)

So, we continued our journey to be on train to cross over the Euro Tunnel. Pertama kali kami semua dengar, kita akan naik bas, dan bas naik dalam train untuk lalu Euro Tunnel yang berada dalam laut. Ngeri tak bunyinya tu? Pelik dan menggerunkan.

To be honest, awal-awal we all beria posing and jakun.

Then, belum sampai 5 minit, semua lelap mata, tidur tak ingat dunia sebab kepenatan.

Around 4 a.m.most of us baru tersedar, and realized that our bus was not moving for quite a long time. We were stucked in the middle of highway. Semua trafik tak bergerak.

Bila dah lama, barulah dapat berita yang ada kemalangan teruk dekat depan dan memang jalan terus tersekat.

Sepanjang dalam bas, semua buka kisah2 bercinta masing2 dulu. Semua tergelak-gelak and we really enjoyed that moment walaupun hati tengah risau. 

Masa ni juga we all share apa makanan yang ada untuk alas perut.

Luckily, we have a gas station 1km away.

We decided to walk, in a cold weather just to get some food and a clean restroom.

Sampai Gas Station, semua serbu borong makanan.

Nasib ada clean restroom to freshen up again.

Muka semua dah sangat busuk dan kepenatan.

Masa dekat sinilah, 

our Tour Guide informed that our Top Management from company already gave a green light to extend the trip 2 more days in Paris and all the cost will be covered! Weeeehooooo~ memang semua happy and hilang rasa penat lelah tadi.

Semua excited terus keluar main snow again!

From one pose to another pose, 

then we headed back into the gas station. 

The traffic finally moving and our bus came to pick us up.

We continued our journey to Paris with full of memories!

Arrived at Pullman Hotel, Montparnasse around 5pm.

The room was spacious and the giant king sized bed was super comfy! 

After 30 minutes of freshen up period,

we went down to the lobby again and went out for special dinner at Jodhpur.

 We had the best Indian cuisine here. Ada Daging kambing dan ayam,  roti dan nasi.

 Semua makan sehingga menjilat jari dan tak ingat dunia ;P

Before going up to hotel room, we took a tour along the road nearby. Sempat beli some souvenirs and grocery shopping! I bought a lot of yummy yoghurts, some biscuits and few boxes of tea. Ada perasa peach, mixed fruits, caramel, mint and earl grey tea.

Then, we had our 1st night in Paris! ;)

3 days in LONDON will never be enough!

But so far, this is the BEST trip ever and couldn't ask for more as it was already fully sponsored; 

from flight tickets, hotel, meals, and city tour. 

Most importantly, we enjoyed every single moments together!

Our first STOP, The LONDON EYE..

We got the tickets! 
How much? Me also don't know. 
Why? Every time travel pun memang macam ni, all tickets already sponsored. We all hanya masuk and ikut tour guide. Sama macam pengalaman Naa masuk Hong Kong Disneyland last 2 years, for my first FOC Trip.

Before leaving, we had a photo session with all GLAMpreneurs..

Then, we moved on to Next Stop,

Buckingham Palace..

This place was super pack with a lot of visitors. If you wish to take a nice photo with the view and without anyone else crossing behind you, just forget it ;P 

Terpaksa terima sahaja muka2 lain menyelit dalam gambar anda! hehe..

We also came across..

Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Parliament

the weather was super cold and windy. Semua cari hot chocolate, nak panaskan badan.

On Day 2, our first stop was 

Royal Albert Hall.

Shopping punya pasal, memang siap bawa luggage bag. Senang nak tarik kan?

Most of us shopping tak ingat dunia dah and lupa nak makan.

But, knowing hubby..wajib makan!

We had seafood at Carluccio's Cafe, Sedap sangat :)

by the time we finished our meal,

outside was snowing.

Snow makin banyak, and super cold~ grrrrr...

On our way back to Holiday Inn Kensington Forum, tangan masing2 penuh dengan barang shopping.

Later at night, we went out to Harrods again and bought some souvenirs, top up apa yang patut.

We really had a great time in London.

3 days will never be enough!

But, this will give another reason for us to come again.

Kata orang kena tinggalkan rasa tak puas sedikit, untuk kita datang lagi sekali.

Let's fall in love...

Now, I had my best memories in Paris too!

First of all, the River Seine Cruise..

 with all the Queens of GLAM!

with my girls!

with my best mentors, hanis and raz!

While on cruise...everyone was so excited.

The weather was really nice too.

For me and hubby, this was our 3rd time on cruise,

1st was in amsterdam, and 2nd was in Guangzhou in 2012.

This time around, I could bring more friends together..

Sometimes, I wonder..
what so special about what i do now?
Do I really enjoy myself doing it?
or is it just about 'Buat apa yang PERLU, bukan buat apa yang SUKA' ?


Back to where I started..

I started as an agent/product distributor.
From a businesswoman..
then i became a leader, a coach, a motivator.
I am now an entrepreneur, I consult people who wants to do business, I encourage them to pursue their dreams, 
and guide them to achieve a lot more in their lives!
I am building human capital.

In 2011, 

'Naa Kamaruddin was just a desperate housewife, who wants more in her life!'

From a Sales&Technical Engineer, I became a housewife for almost 2 years. Then, I've been given 2 choices..to started working as an engineer again or to start with something NEW. Without hesitation, I decided to do this business.

Keputusan adalah atas desakan keadaan kewangan ketika itu. Minat untuk buat business tak pernah ada, malah bercakap pun tak yakin, basic knowledge zero! Lebih teruk lagi, I was anti social for almost 2 years sepanjang berada di rumah sebagai housewife. I lost my confidence and in fact at the early stage, I hardly speak with anyone who sits besides me. I can just talk to Hanis, my mentor at that time.
Memang Naa tak berapa suka ambil tahu hal orang lain pun, I just focus on what I need to do and I just want to learn.

Now, 

from the first step I took 2 years ago..I have achieved a lot more and I totally changed myself. I can see myself growing from time to time. Alhamdulillah. 

Along the way, 

I met a lot of people, coming from different backgrounds. I can see the world differently. 

Bagi yang rasa susah, kita belum jumpa ada ramai lagi yang jauh lebih susah, tetapi mereka cuba berkali ganda untuk keluarkan diri mereka dari kepompong hidup yang jauh lebih tertekan. I see tears coming down from their eyes, how they really want to change their life. Hati siapa tidak tersentuh kan? And that made me realized, how I want to give my best to guide them. May Allah give me the strength too.

Bagi yang rasa sudah senang dan selesa pula, kadang-kadang kita tidak menghargai peluang, malah memperlekehkannya. Kita cepat rasa selesa dengan apa yang ada. 
Sedangkan, kita patut bertanya pada diri sendiri, adakah sudah cukup untuk kita sahaja merasai keselesaan hidup?
Adakah kita mampu membantu orang lain dengan memberi peluang untuk baiki dan ubah kehidupan mereka? 


After all, 

this business, this industry.. has taught me a lot!
I know what I really want now.
This is the best platform for me to do more and to achieve more. The reward and self-satisfaction are priceless!

All I need..is to be even stronger than before, 
especially for those who needs me..my family, my friends and partners.
I will do my best InshaaAllah, I believe this is the right path for me and my family.

To everyone out there..
Let's do our best in whatever we do. Bila kita ikhlas dalam apa jua pekerjaan sekalipun, InshaaAllah ada ganjarannya.

Our son, Danial Ar-Rayyan has turned 3 this year.

How time flies and from 8months old, mommy started doing Premium Beautiful business, dari hanya pandai merangkak, and now look at you baby boy! Semua dah pandai ;)

We love you so much Danial!

And inshaAllah we will try our best to give only the best for you. Semoga menjadi anak yang soleh, bijak, dan muslim yang dapat berbakti pada keluarga, dan agama sendiri. Amin...

We had a simple celebration, it was a last minute plan. Dinner and movie night at ecurve, damansara. Next, kita pergi short vacation ok danial ;)

and free birthday cake+ice cream from Tony Roma's!

While waiting for the movie,

all 3 of us, habiskan masa main game!

First time, and sampai berpeluh peluh main game.

IRON MAN3!!

We had so much FUN watching IRON MAN 3 together.

And that night, we're watching it with more friends and family members too.

Alhamdulillah...

Congratulations to my dearest Wawaaaaaa!

She's one of my BFF from UTP,

dia lah tempat mengadu, menangis, and she's always been there for me. Siapa yang kenal Wawa ni, akan tahu yang wawa memang akan cuba jaga hati semua orang sampaikan sanggup abaikan perasaan sendiri :)

Alhamdulillah, finally she found the right man to take care of her, InshaAllah for the rest of her life..amin.

With the TRIPLE-G family right after the akad nikah, at Masjid Shah Alam. All of us are now happily married and most of us with 1-2 kids already.
